For the safety of our customers we have implemented an upgraded cleaning regime in our packing areas, and staff have been trained how to safely package your items to reduce any possible contamination. Our staff are coping well with the demand and are still dispatching within the advertised time frames.
SHIPPING & DELIVERIES
Unfortunately, our shipping partners are seeing a huge increase in demand for delivery with many people moving to online shopping. All of our shipping partners are still delivering, however there are some delivery delays and service impacts due to Coronavirus.
Australia Post is experiencing high network demand for all parcel services and is exploring all available transport alternatives, plus working with the Australian Government to minimise resulting impacts for customers. All other major freight services are also experiencing delays for our industrial sized items. For estimated delivery times, please refer to your tracking information as provided on your emailed order invoice.
