Retail Sizes – 250ml, 1 Litre & 5 Litre Bottles

Our pricing for retail sizes includes Australia wide standard parcel shipping at no extra cost. An Australia Post tracking number will be provided in the order system for one parcel per order. Tracking numbers can be checked on the Australia Post Tracking System, or buy following the link supplied via My Account>Orders or your “Order Shipped” email.

Please note that if you order larger quantities, your order may be separated into smaller parcels and therefore may arrive at different times. If your order is separated into multiple parcels, the additional tracking numbers will be available upon request.

Australia Post Standard Parcel – Shipping Australia wide for our retail bottle sizes (250ml, 1 litre & 5 litre) and package deals containing these bottle sizes is included in the price so you don’t have to worry about paying for anything extra. Australia Post Express Parcel

Australia Post Express Parcel – Simply choose the express shipping option at check out and the shipping calculator will add $4.00 per item for the express post option. Each package deal counts as a single item regardless of how many individual products are in each package deal. Signature on delivery is also available for Express Post at an additional $3.50 per item.

Industrial Sizes – 3 x 5 Litre Carton, 25 Litre, 205 Litre & 1000 Litre

Australia Post Standard or Express Parcel – For a bulk pack 3 x 5L Carton shipping will be quoted on a per order basis, and an Australia Post Parcel service may be used if we determine that is the most viable option for your delivery. Otherwise, for this size and larger orders the courier system below will be required. Please fill in and submit the Request A Quote Form and one of our sales representatives will get in contact with you as soon as possible. For approximate delivery times please see the tables above for either Parcel Post or Express Parcel Post depending on the shipping method you chose on your order.
Shipping By Courier
Bulk carton orders and any item over 20kg – These items are handled by courier directly from the manufacturer to keep our prices as competitive as possible. As such a shipping quotation is needed which is based on your delivery address. Please fill in and submit the Request A Quote Form and one of our sales representatives will get in contact with you as soon as possible.

How to Return a Product

You can request the cancellation and refund of an order for any reason at any time prior to the order being packaged for delivery. Once the order is packaged, it cannot be cancelled. To ensure your request is processed in a timely manner, please call us on +61 491 626 016 during business hours to make all cancellation requests.

Change-of-mind returns are only provided at our sole discretion and will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Items that arrive damaged or faulty will be assessed by us and may require the product to be returned to us.

When requesting a refund or replacement, simply fill in the form below with as much detail as possible. The more information we have, the easier it is for our customer service representatives to find a speedy resolution for you.

The customer service team operates Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm AEST and will review your information during business hours and get in contact with you as soon as possible via your preferred method.

Important Notes:

Please DO NOT return a product until our customer service team has been in contact with you and given you the return shipping details. Random returns without an accompanying authorisation will not be processed as they can not be tracked or identified as your product.

The cost of the original postage and associated costs with returning a product are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid by you.
