Shipping For Retail Sized Orders

For all our single bottle and advertised package deals that include; 250ml, 1L & 5L size bottles of Fuel Doctor, standard shipping anywhere in Australia is included in the price, so it costs you nothing extra. We also offer express shipping and signature on delivery for retail orders. Information about how we ship your products, including these options, costs, and time frames is detailed below.

Australia Post Express Parcel Australia Post Express Parcel – Simply choose the express shipping option at check out and the shipping calculator will add $4.00 per item for the express post option. Each package deal counts as a single item regardless of how many individual products are in each package deal. Signature on delivery is also available for Express Post at an additional $3.50 per item. Please note: due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, Australia Post are no longer providing any delivery guarantees for Express Post.

An Australia Post tracking number will be provided in the order system for one parcel per order. Tracking numbers can be checked buy clicking the ‘TRACK MY ITEM’ buttons above which take you to the Australia Post Tracking System, or buy following the link supplied via My Account>Orders or your “Order Shipped” email.

Please note that if you order larger quantities, your order may be separated into smaller parcels and therefore may arrive at different times. If your order is separated into multiple parcels, the additional tracking numbers will be available upon request.

Shipping For Larger Packages & Industrial Orders

For our larger and bulk packaged products, individual freight quotes are required at this time. Please contact us here to organise a quote for sending any large amount of Fuel Doctor to your area.

Australia’s External Territories

Unfortunately Australia Post does not give specific information to senders on how long shipping to these areas might take. Please check with your local Post Office as to delivery time frames for these areas.

International Shipping

While we don’t sell to the International market directly via our website, we will consider shipping to some International regions. This does however take some discussion and understanding of your local importation regulations regarding fuel additives, and acceptance of additional agreements not outlined on this website. How to Return a Product

You can request the cancellation and refund of an order for any reason at any time prior to the order being packaged for delivery. Once the order is packaged, it cannot be cancelled. To ensure your request is processed in a timely manner, please call us on +61 491 626 016 during business hours to make all cancellation requests.Change-of-mind returns are only provided at our sole discretion and will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Items that arrive damaged or faulty will be assessed by us and may require the product to be returned to us.

When requesting a refund or replacement, simply fill in the form below with as much detail as possible. The more information we have, the easier it is for our customer service representatives to find a speedy resolution for you.

The customer service team operates Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm AEST and will review your information during business hours and get in contact with you as soon as possible via your preferred method.

Important Notes:

Please DO NOT return a product until our customer service team has been in contact with you and given you the return shipping details. Random returns without an accompanying authorisation will not be processed as they can not be tracked or identified as your product.

The cost of the original postage and associated costs with returning a product are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid by you. If the returned product is assessed as being faulty, we will issue a refund for any reasonable postage costs. Please see our full terms and conditions for more information.
