You can request the cancellation and refund of an order for any reason at any time prior to the order being packaged for delivery. Once the order is packaged, it cannot be cancelled. To ensure your request is processed in a timely manner, please call us on +61 491 626 016 during business hours to make all cancellation requests. Change-of-mind returns are only provided at our sole discretion and will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Items that arrive damaged or faulty will be assessed by us and may require the product to be returned to us.

Please DO NOT return a product until our customer service team has been in contact with you and given you the return shipping details. Random returns without an accompanying authorisation will not be processed as they can not be tracked or identified as your product.
The cost of the original postage and associated costs with returning a product are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid by you.
