Please be aware that all shipping times mentioned here are estimates and delays can be seen during peak times. All of our shipping partners are doing their best to get your items to you. Currently the best option for quickest delivery is definitely Express Postage where possible.
Shipping For Retail Sized Orders
For our smaller retail sizes of Fuel Doctor including the 250ml, 1 Litre, and 5 Litre bottles, we normally ship via Australia Post. For estimated standard shipping delivery times with Australia Post, see the table below. However, please check the tracking advice on your order, as some items may be sent via road freight where we believe that this will be the best option for your order.
We also offer Express Postage and signature on delivery for eligible Australia Post orders and now road freight for larger orders like the 25 Litre cube. Information about how we ship your products, including these options, costs, and time frames are detailed below.
Australia Post Standard Parcel – Is used for most of our free shipping Australia Wide. Generally this is our first option for shipping the 250ml, 1 Litre, and 5 Litre bottles, and packages containing these sizes.
Australia Post Express Parcel – Is available for all packages we can ship via Australia Post. Simply choose the express shipping option at check out and the shipping calculator will add $5.00 per item for the express post option. Each package deal counts as a single item regardless of how many individual products are in each package deal. Signature on delivery is also available for Express Post at an additional $3.50 per item.
The express service is NOT available for the 25 Litre size. These are sent via road freight only. Overnight services are available, however this service is often more expensive than the product itself. If you are sure you require overnight freight, please contact us us to arrange a freight quotation.
Road Freight – Is used for all items over 22kg and may also be utilised where we believe that this will be the best option for your order. While the express services are not available for road freight only products, signature on delivery is sometimes available depending on the carrier and location. Please be aware, signature on delivery services often come at an additional cost, and may incur additional costs to you if problems are encountered with your delivery or re-delivery is required.
The express service is NOT available for road freight. However overnight services are available for very urgent deliveries. This service is not normally recommended however, as it is often more expensive than the product itself. If you are sure you require overnight freight, please contact us us to arrange a freight quotation.
For tracking of road freight items please use the tracking link provided with your order dispatch email, or as located in the Orders Section of your account. If you are unable to find these, please contact us and we can advise you further.
Please note that your order may be separated into smaller parcels and therefore may arrive at different times. If your order is separated into multiple parcels, a tracking number will be provided for each parcel in your order.
Tracking numbers can be checked buy clicking the ‘TRACK MY ITEM’ buttons above which take you to either the Australia Post Tracking System, or your order page, where there will be a link supplied to the shipping providers tracking system. You can also check your tracking via the link provided on your “Order Shipped” email, that you should have received once we processed your order.
Shipping For Larger Packages & Industrial Orders
For our larger, bulk packaged products, individual freight quotes are required at this time. Please contact us here to organise a quote for sending any large amount of Fuel Doctor to your area.
Australia’s External Territories
Unfortunately Australia Post does not give specific information to senders on how long shipping to these areas might take. Please check with your local Post Office for delivery time frames for these areas. For larger orders (over 22kg) we will do our best to provide an estimate from a road freight provider, where possible.

International Shipping
While we don’t sell to the international market directly via our website, we will ship to some international regions. This does however take some discussion and understanding of your local importation regulations regarding fuel additives, and acceptance of additional agreements not outlined on this website. How to Return a Product
You can request the cancellation and refund of an order for any reason at any time prior to the order being packaged for delivery. Once the order is packaged, it cannot be cancelled. To ensure your request is processed in a timely manner, please call us on +61 491 626 016 during business hours to make all cancellation requests. Change-of-mind returns are only provided at our sole discretion and will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Items that arrive damaged or faulty will be assessed by us and may require the product to be returned to us.
When requesting a refund or replacement, simply fill in the form below with as much detail as possible. The more information we have, the easier it is for our customer service representatives to find a speedy resolution for you.
The customer service team operates Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm AEST and will review your information during business hours and get in contact with you as soon as possible via your preferred method.
Important Notes:
Please DO NOT return a product until our customer service team has been in contact with you and given you the return shipping details. Random returns without an accompanying authorisation will not be processed as they can not be tracked or identified as your product.
The cost of the original postage and associated costs with returning a product are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid by you. If the returned product is assessed as being faulty, we will issue a refund for any reasonable postage costs. Please see our full terms and conditions for more information.
