Thank you to all our wonderful customers that have supported us through our recent staff quarantine. All staff have now been cleared to return and normal daily shipping has resumed.
OUR STAFF & CUSTOMER SAFETY
During our short break we have implemented further safety measures to help protect both our customers and staff to help eliminate any spread via our organisation. As the spread of the virus is so prominent, daily sanitisation measures are in place as well as mandatory masks and gloves for all staff handling our stock and packaging.
SHIPPING & DELIVERIES
As we've all come to understand, all shipping and postage services are still seeing an increased demand for delivery with many people moving to online shopping, and so many staff having to isolate due to contracting or being a close contact of someone with Covid-19. All of our shipping partners are still delivering, however the delivery delays we've all experienced over the past two years can and will continue to some extent. Please use your tracking number and link found on your order information and in your order emails. Should you feel the delay in your delivery is excessive, please contact us.
